^1/3 of a lawn mowed then a 20 minute swim. Probably run around
the house in circles like a idiot later on. Unless there's wood
to chop (ha!), that'll be enough exercise for one day. and no -
I'm not "bragging" - I didn't bench press 500 lbs or nothing -
I'm reporting it to keep myself honest. More fun to put it on fb
than to write it in a journal (I hated doing exercise journals)^
