Construction: the bedrooms would be hexagon shapes. The reason?
  Construction materials would be cheapest. Imagine 4x8 sheets of
  3/4 inch plywood set 4 ft to a side. Hexagon. You'd get the
  maximum amount of floorspace AND most importantly, the units
  could easily be expanded. one hexagon next to another, next to
  another, some with doors, some with windows. prefabricated, easy
  to build. "
