that's what i'm thinking - almost more of a capaciter than a
  battery - but that way, the energy that's not being used could
  be stored - and as you say, given back. And it's done an the
  level of electrons being the 1 and the 0. Batteries could then
  be OPTIONAL - and again, if they're even needed at all. And if
  they could, say, make energy creating devices that could easily
  convert to A/C - well, yikes, THAT would literally save the
  world. "
