I remember seeing him WAY back in that mel gibson movie where
  mel was a WWII pilot who got crygenically frozen, then forgotten
  for 50 years. Elijah Wood had those "gotta be contact lenses"
  even back then, and unlike most child stars (macauly caulkin
  comes to mind) he never stopped acting. Rory Caulkin, on a side
  note, is ALWAYS acting and finding himself in some bizarre, dark
  movies. "
