Oh, keep fighting the good fight man. If you believe in it,
fight for it. The "I'm also a grown up" was mean of me and
uncalled for. I think globalism has gone rampant and it's time
we cut back. Grow internally. Work with what we have here as
much as possible. Both Sanders and Trump are Protectionists. I
understand what they're appealing to in people. Sanders happens
to appeal to me but Trump's "Wall" argument serves the same
function. The fact that they both have found HUGE support shows
that _something_ needs to change. Will it be radical? I dunno.
Maybe it needs to be. Maybe it's time for a huge shift in the
world. I didn't mean to be so discouraging. It's just, a few
weeks ago, I was thinking how smart Protectionism really is...
and then I was standing outside of a Dollar Store. I went inside
and looked at the backs of all the packages. Brain started
churning. Then we went over to a "rich person's" supermarket.
All stuff made-in-the-USA, organic, Oregon, Vermont, stuff like
that. and... I saw the prices. Double. Triple what I'm used to.
I saw the future prices of all supermarkets in the USA... and I
was like, "woah... yeah... my ideals just got shot to hell right
  there..."
