  Every day of delay is another day he will successfully claim
  that you are lying and even if you _did_ win, they'd subtract
  the unproven days from your win. You got played, Brett. All the
  pressure is on you to get the money back. Otherwise, you just
  have to eat it and move on. He's the smarter man right now. He
  knows most Americans will just give up and go, "Stupid Indian"
