It depends in this case on the definition. If you are speaking
  hot/cold/tepid, these are relative terms, subjective of typical
  human ranges of acceptable temperatures. As absolutes? No. Heat
  as a measure of energy? Well, then it's definitional. Evolution
  =/= heat however unless it is defined properly. When it is left
  open and vague, it becomes a subjective issue. Heat (as measure
  of energy) has a simple definition. Its simplicity and lack of
  human subjective controversy (until we get down to the smaller
  levels of scope - smaller being relative to what we're
  accustomed to), affords it a more factual status generally
  speaking. But for evolution to acquire such status? A lot of
  internal and external debate has to settle down first. It does
  not have the luxury of settling down just yet. It's close? Yes.
  But not there yet, not until the hyperbole and excitement die
  down. == So heat is not entirely equivalent to evolution nor
  evolution entirely equivalent to heat. Science is social -
  something you mustn't forget. It is always social.
