  and I mean EVERYTHING is public knowledge... on the internet...
  available for all media worldwide to see. _SO_ opposite of
  almost everywhere else. Most places, if you do something wrong,
  they give you some privacy, at least until the sentencing is
  finished, and most crimes don't make it into the media. But
  Florida? It's ALL open. So, if your neighbor's kid was caught
  pissing on a cop's lawn, you'll never hear about it. In Florida,
  it becomes worldwide news. No privacy. Makes us look nuts. But
  you know, given the choice, I actually like it better this way.
  Same stuff happens up north, you just don't get to hear about it
