Yeah, I liked Perot. I didn't realize at the time that
  "efficiency in government" *isn't* possible. It's not that it's
  a nice idea that nobody wants, it's just not possible. It's set
  up to NOT be efficient right from the constitution onwards. I
  don't know why they don't teach that in school, 'cause it's
  kinda important. Oh well smile emoticon wouldn't have changed my
  vote but at least I'd have known better what campaign promises
  could be kept and which ones couldn't be.
