I grew accustomed to "express myself clearly and concretely",
  emphasizing drawing in the reader towards some level of
  comradery if I express myself properly. But speaking in metaphor
  and symbol is more natural.. or was. Hope I haven't lost it, but
  I expect it will come back if I just start. Thanks for the
