I'm from New Jersey, USA. Best Pizza on the planet (probably).
  Moved to Florida 14 years ago. I can count THREE places that do
  Pizza nearly properly. Part of it is likely due to do the
  ancient specialized ovens some of those ancient NJ pizza places
  have/had: they insert steam into the process. Who makes those
  kinds of ovens anymore? But three have come close, even if
  they're not 100%. The rest? Eh. I'll eat it, but it's a cheese
  sandwich to me.
