Me? test subject? No. After there's 27 companies fighting each
  other other for the best product and it's cheap and common
  enough for everybody to use and highly regulated for safety
  (airline industries come to mind - it's a new way to fly - and
  they're VERY tightly controlled) - THEN I'll use it.   I would
  NOT use it in a Federation (Star Trek) world because there's
  just ONE developer (the Federation Scientists) and nothing to
  compare it with - no "better teleporter / worse teleporter,
  success/failure rates (it'd better be
  99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999%
  success rate) I don't care if it's kill/copy or wormhole style.

  a capitalist rather than a positivist/socialist. wow. Damn. Oh
