Well, I can just speak for my own ideas here - but for me,
  that's usually enough. I try to be as honest as i can. I
  _believe_ I'm 100% honest all of the time, but upon scrutiny,
  sometimes I find out I included some "grandstanding", chest
  thumping in the middle of it as well. I don't know if there's a
  perfect 'way to do it' but I guess just try the best ya can.
