I don't have special knowledge. I do not see myself as knowing
much more than or better than any of my fellow humans. The
*little bit more* that I might know about certain things, I
share in ways that I believe can assist my fellow humans learn
to see a "little more" - just an inkling - just a little bit. I
also listen. I consider everybody my teacher and I don't know
what lesson is coming next and by whom. That said, I can be
prone to know-it-all-ism. I'm doing it now. But I appreciate
this discussion so far. I just wanted to say that. == I suffer
from excess empathy at times. I spend most of my time having to
inhibit it. Because of this, I empathize with psychopaths and
kind people alike. I could be them. They could be me. == They no
longer use those terms anymore because they were too confusing.
They're used in popular culture, but they've since been brought
together into a single diagnosis. == If you research Antisocial
Personality Disorder, you'll learn more. People debate back and
forth about the terms frequently but I think the Psychiatry
folks were smart in just removing the words entirely from the
vocabulary. There was never a very good distinction between them
that everybody agreed upon. ==
