Question: "Empathy is the enemy of the greater good. Discuss."
  What is it greater than? You have the "greater good". What is
  the "lesser good"? If you are comparing levels of good, how can
  they be enemies? I'm not playing word games - it just seems to
  be absurd, unless I'm missing something, which is common enough.
