Indeed. And "being reasonable" is very useful and VERY tempting
advice to give everywhere. The mistake I was making is that I
was 100% be reasonable. But what I should've done is: "Here's
how things are. Here's how they're PROBABLY going to play out
because the world is what it is. BUT here's what COULD happen if
we make change." and then get the best of both worlds. I was
falling into the western culture trap of "settle down"... and,
probably because it's my nature anyway. I believe OTHER ppl are
free to be radical as long as they're not being dumb about it...
and then again, there's room too for ppl to be dumb about it
because MAYBE they figured out something I just don't know
yet... or maybe their enthusiasm is greater and will carry them
through so that they CAN reach the impossible.
