Hint: Don't bother hiring me. Pain in the ass. I did the
"employer" thing once. I was ALWAYS FILING something. Real pain.
1099 is way better. That's what I use now. The thing of it is:
You can't micromanage me under a 1099. It's kinda cool that way.
1099= "I can tell you what needs to be completed" 941="I can
tell you what to do, how you should be doing it, what your
schedule is, when you can go to the bathroom... etc" In exchange
for being a replacement bad parent, you get SOME benefits. But
doing everything you can via subcontracting is way easier, so
long as you keep it legit smile emoticon
