Wrestled over this for a long time. Conclusions: School always
  sucked. School sucks. School will always suck. Most kids cope.
  Some don't make it. Those that don't make it need to get
  attention BEFORE they don't make it. There's alternatives.
  People need to pay attention. Homeschooling via Internet will
  continue to grow as well as self-education while also greater
  forces to maintain current systems will continue indefinitely.
  But at least there is a democratization of education of sorts
  available in an even greater way than public libraries offered
  us before the net, so there's hope.
