Indeed. It was interesting. No surprises though. Government is
slow. Stable, expensive and slow. It'd be nice to keep the
stable and remove the expensive and the slow parts, but I don't
see it happening. Song and dance about audits, promises of
change and then *poof* - like inertia to a big body, just keeps
chugging along.
