Increase the NO in your body. Tiny little bubbles. They help
your brain form memories better, help your heart pump better,
and increase boners. You can also get it by humming with your
nose. The fast vibrations create it. It's true. Or take zinc,
which increases the body's production of testosterone (just as
copper increases estrogen) - just a regular daily dose and
you'll be fine probably. Oh and magnesium to vacillate blood
vessels. Too much calcium in most of our diets is part of the
problem. Calcium constricts, magnesium opens them up. A lot of
this shit is due to bad diet. Easily fixed for most ppl if
there's a problem.
