Not at all. Here's how: a) Certain professions require a certain
  level of prerequisite intelligence. Thus, likely that a number
  of people you work with will be slightly higher than 100. b) If
  their kids are also higher intelligence, it shouldn't be
  surprising. Another way to look at at: a) People lie about their
  kids. b) 130+ is a safe range of "smarter than 100 but not quite
  Mensa". Safe. == I've had jobs as Systems analyst and systems
  engineering. Went through the average IQs for the professions
  once (don't ask which one - don't remember) and 130-135ish was
  right in the proper range for those professions. ==
