Same idea as TVP but you make it yourself. Run flour through
  running water to rinse out the starch, then squeeze out excess
  water. Steam it to it's the equivalent of 'raw' meat, drain it
  again, and then treat it like raw meat after that like TVP.
  Freeze, cook, fry, whatever: it's just pure protein at that
  point. Dirt cheap too, since flour is cheap.
