It's ok smile emoticon I don't think i could teach the same
  materials year after year on a schedule myself. I like
  progressing in my learning and therefore I progress in what I'm
  teaching. I don't care much for the academic structure generally
  as I believe individuals proceed at different rates and their
  individual pace and interests should be honored as they pursue
  subject matter. [I'm ok with standards being reached but *how*
  people are expected to reach the standards I don't think needs
  to be so regulated]
