I believe in the concept of holocracy and liquid democracy.
However, I *also know* that there are businesses that will
utilize these marvelous ideologies in order to leverage profit
for their organizations. Finding the danger-spots avoids the
pitfalls of being scammed. It means if you engage with companies
like this, aware of the _potential_ pitfall, you can avoid
disaster before it starts. I tried to warn a friend out of
investing heavily in Enron back in 1999. They were trading
energy commodities and were a one-stop shopping for related
services. They were a part of a number of companies trying
something 'new'. Alternative trading platforms. It smelled of
snake oil. I didn't expect the crash but I could see it was
dangerous because of "where the buck stops". Mind you, I'm NOT
saying this is the case here. I'm not. But proceeding into new
territory must be done with caution. P.T. Barnum is alive and
well everywhere you go and if this _is_ "the real deal", it will
survive a few questions here and there.
