After a lifetime of trying to figure out human nature, and
having VERY poor natural inferring abilities (I'm terrible at
figuring out "What someone is implying"] I _think_ perhaps the
"Who is next to be honest?" _might_ have carried an implication
of lying going on, when one claims knowledge of Philosophy
without being properly trained. However, I'm not certain of
that. I have to reason-out inferring and implication type
things, as my mind comes up with 12+ potential reasons, all
equally valid. It's hard for me to get the one that "rises to
the top" as the most possible. Makes me kind of like Data on
  Star Trek TNG at times.
