  - not national elections. Let's say you run a town of 2000
  people. In small towns with lots of families, the issues of
  younger people are important to have a functioning community
  with less crime. Remember: most crime is committed by bored
  teenagers because they have no responsibility. They're not
  allowed to. Give them _some_ input that's more than a pat on the
  head.   Also, they're driving at this point. They can drive 2000
  lb death machines but can't vote? Seems silly.
