It's good you can do that smile emoticon I'm always having to
  remind myself of that. Probably hundreds of times a day to just
  "be". One trick I use to divert myself from the phonological
  loop neverending is to look up and to the left for three seconds
  and focus on something far away. Just like that, it wipes what
  I'm thinking about and I'm snapped back into the present moment.
  Been doing that for years. Hundreds of times a day. Look up to
  the left while taking a breath. I don't know if it works for
  anybody else. Just something I started doing in middle school
  and never stopped.
