hehe, I taught Sunday School at my church in high school (the
methodist one in Roselle Park) and I was a lot like that. Not
really atheist but very science-y. I believed in helping people
ask themselves questions and still do. Kids especially 'cause
there's always some sham out there that needs to be figured out
and even if you end up agreeing with whatever it is, at least
you gave it a good questioning first. == was lucky though -
right from the outset they taught us that the days were
metaphorical and could really mean billions of years and that it
ties in fine with evolution - they just got some of the order a
little wrong tongue emoticon
