Who's talking Apocalypse? Sounds like you are. Humanity will do
  fine. Wars come and go. Ideologies change. People die, new
  people are born. I'm gonna die. Maybe you won't, I dunno. End of
  the world ain't coming. It didn't come with Cold War. It's not
  coming now. Call me ignorant? Go for it. I don't have a problem
  with you not wanting idiots in power. I don't want idiots in
  power either. But man, focus. You don't need apocalyptic
  nightmares to know that idiots in power suck. But you know what?
  idiots in power also eventually are no longer in power. People
  who talk war, want war and make war. I'm not terrified of the
  terrorist nor am I terrified of politicians rising to power.
  Maybe if I lived elsewhere I would be. But here? We've been
  through far worse in the USA than this. What's your prediction
  man? Let's say Congress becomes your worst nightmare with a
  President to match. Bring me through the next steps in the
  apocalyptic vision. Teach me.
