It's a practiced skill that can be acquired - and with so much
  absurdity on the planet, there is immeasurable opportunities
  with which to practice one's reaction skills "Thanks for your

  severely lack." [1]kenneth-udut-calm-reaction I'm never sure if
  I've managed to "pick the right words" for a situation. I'm
  always practicing. Apparently, I reacted to a situation in a way
  that was helpful here. The world is full of absurdity. I don't
  expect people to behave like me or the way I think they should,
  but I believe it's always possible to moderate your own
  reactions to things so that you don't have to feel angry or sad
  or upset most of the time. It takes practice, but there's so
  much insanity in the world, you can get lots and lots of
  practice :)
