Respect Love. Kindness. Decency. Civility. Unfortunately,
there's never been a time where that's been a Universal with all
people. There've always been sociopaths or at least, people who
just didn't care or have anger management issues. The thing is:
What do you do with them when you find them? At present, they go
to school like everybody else and encouraged to continue, then
they're launched into the world without a net. Some don't make
it.
