Yup. The article nails it on the head. I'm not atheist. Couldn't
  be. Wouldn't be. Too much certainty for my taste. I like my
  uncertainty and remain agnostic. But I argue against New Atheism
  at every turn because what used to be something people would
  just choose, mocking absurdities of religion without calling for
  its wholesale removal, without being angry and bitter, without
  sounding like a new set of Bible Thumpers using a different
  Bible, has become a movement of zealotry, completely taking over
  the Internet... and influencing all of the new generation of
  young people coming in. Looks like a duck, walks like a duck,
  quacks like a duck. It might not _be_ a duck but they can't
  blame me for shooting it now, can they?
