One alternative usage for it that's being considered is for
storm protection, especially useful in areas that are hit
frequently by tornadoes or have a threat of hurricanes looming.
I love in Southwest Florida, and I can envision this being
available in schools here in the future. Not for bullet attacks,
because they're highly unlikely, but for the schools that can't
afford to turn into storm shelters where the body blankets would
be a more affordable option. Or perhaps on school buses during
field trips, stored underneath. It has a number of potential
uses.
