Yes, there are times when peace and mindfulness shatters and
  when that happens, the mindful person can unleash a force that
  few have ever seen.* I don't like getting angry for that reason
  because I forget myself and I can be strong.* It's rare that I
  get angry thankfully.* I can take a lot.* But if it's happening
  to someone I care about, I can be a force.
