most men it seems (me at least) don't read tone well. Or facial
expressions. Or other body language. I've learned much and I've
gotten much better at it through the years, but many of the
learned expressions within western female culture is _not_
equally learned by men, who have their OWN set of learned
expressions within western male culture. So you get the whole
Venus/Mars deal. Best example of this is the horribly

which shows TV sitcom-level "male/female" miscommunication at
work, so take it with a grain of salt. I know why it wasn't
about the nail, although at one time, I didn't.
