if you accept that religion was the cause of those conquests,
you'll also have to accept that atheism was the cause of Soviet,
Stalinist, Chinese and Nazi atrocities. To me, it's better to
treat them the same and acknowledge the complex factors involved
in each situation. Flying a banner doesn't always mean proper
representation, although sometimes it does.
