Awesome :)* That's just the kind of thing I'm shooting for -
  that "getting lost" and trying to find your way home feeling.
  Plus, using something practical, like greyhound, it could be
  useful, because you can always get somewhat CLOSE to home with
  greyhound where someone can pick you up, and tickets I think are
  still under $100... which isn't cheap in general but afaik,
  still the cheapest way to get from A to B. I used to visit
  Internet friends on Greyhound as a teenager.* I got to see some
  REALLY small towns in some strange places. Reckless?* Probably,
  but I had a return ticket ready before I left home 'cause I was
  always afraid I'd get stuck somewhere and not know how to get
  home, so being prepared was the answer. :P That's awesome that
  you did that with Google Maps - they should make a game out of
  it; I mean, they have the data, why not make it fun?
