Well I'm agnostic myself [I don't think I could ever be atheist]
  - but I'm definitely skeptical. I don't think skeptical
  necessarily goes hand-in-hand with atheism. Perhaps at one time
  it might have, but it's become somewhat Hipster to be atheist
  and clarity of thinking and skepticism doesn't automatically
  come with the territory. I feel for those who reached their
  conclusions via a rigorous skepticism because it must be
  somewhat embarrassing to where you have to go, "Oh yeah, well,
  no, I'm not like.. you know ... them and all".
