To me, the answer is simply being civil and diplomatic. I've
  never affiliated with any side* myself. I'm 43 years old. Always
  independent. I have 'left leanings' but also understand that the
  right makes valid points as well.

  Seems I'm even more left than the Dalai Lama. From what I could
  figure, I seemed to end up as a "Social Anarchist" or something
  like that... whatever that is.
