I'm jealous! That sounds like a killer roadtrip! It's been so
  long since I lived up there I forgot all of the places we stayed
  at as kids. There's places with cabins. Have you looked @ the
  state parks? They're free. KOA was always safe and clean. I wish
  I couldthink of the names of all the campgrounds we went to...
  maple lake was particularly fun but I forget where it was.
