I have to say - that is one of the things I love about living in
  FL. One of the first giant headlines I saw when I moved to
  Naples was, "Middle School locker broken into." "bicycle
  stolen". Now in Jersey, it would have been, "Triple homicide",
  "school lockdown" etc. I guess their goal to make it "low key"
  truly didn't work. That one cop was right, "I would have
  preferred court notices instead of custodial arrests". That way,
  they could at least finish the haircut. "
