I think the cost is $250 per extraction here at this dentist,
  which seems very reasonable - I paid #300 in New Jersey back in
  '94 for a wisdom tiooth extraction - but there might be other
  fees added to that $250 that I don't know about yet. I'll find
  out after they're out :-) I'm having my last cigarette for a day
  'cause I remember you can't smoke afterwards for a day... then
  I'm off to the dentist. blech. "
