Thing is, the ONLY one responsible for this massacre is Jared
  Lee. It's not the parents. It's not the teachers. It's not
  society or Sarah Palin or George Lucus, Ronald Mcdonald or
  having a bad hair day. At least so far. IF they come up with
  concrete signs from his past that somebody dropped the ball,
  that's different. If his 7th grade history teacher wrote in his
  file, "Needs to be institutiona...lized, immediately. " and the
  guidance counsellor concurred and they wrote a strong
  recommendation, then whoever was on the receiving end that
  didn't follow through, then its clearly them to blame. "
