I did the "now what" part today. I left it in the frige
  overnight sitting in water 'cause I didn't know what to do next.
  Today I put tgoether a can of chicken broth, a can of beef broth
  and an onion. I "simmered it" for 10 minutes in a pressure
  cooker (but a 1/2 hr on the stove would have been find). They
  blew up like crazy! I fried a piece with garlic and olive oil
  and it tasted like: TURKEY! I mean, just like turkey. "
