Awesome - I actually snorted cheap "NoDoz" in high-school +
  college a bit just... because... Just because.

  I found I had limits though. I went through a phase of pumping
  myself full of whatever I could find OTC. Back when you could
  get Ephedrine (before that stupid Texas teenage weightlifter
  decided that 12 a day was a good idea and DIED), I had a daily
  dose of that, energy bars, energy drinks, Mega B-12 Vitamins,
  Atkins diet, weightlifting, etc.

  I learned first hand about "Niacin flush". Freaked me out first
  bunch of times. So I had to learn about vitamins more.

  And after a year of the ephedrine, I just stopped. Got bored of
  it.

  In the end, I discovered my body:

  a) likes protein (50g-100g a day is fine, but more is ok)
  b) B12 is good sometimes
  c) Zinc and Magnesium is good a few times a week. [I could go
  into why but that's my nerd side coming out and I'll write a
  small book right here].

  and then the cigarettes and coffee, which is probably helping
  the most. Helping what? I dunno. Probably keeping me 'up and at
  my peak" for whatever.

  Oh, and staying centered. Breath in for six seconds, hold for
  six, breath out for six. Do that.. whenever. And, stay away from
  excessive direct human contact....
  ...and continually pursue creative things.... and engage fully
  with people online as if you were their last hope in a dark
  world of misery and hopelessness... stuff like that.
