That was an excellent read, congratulations - and I feel as if
I'm witnessing a "different timeline me", because this is
_exactly_ the kind of stuff I've only been able to fight for in
little ways, tiny ways, here and there, as my lifepaths veered
me into different directions. Nothing regrettable - all of it
excellent - but reading this, I know that, given different
circumstances, I would gladly have stood in your stead.
I'm grateful, however, that you have stood in mine.
