When time is viewed like an arrow, yes, this is mathematically
  possible.
I think that ultimately, our understanding of time will need to
be even more flexible than newton's simple law of entropy [which
was great for its time and still a useful model for many things]
and instead move towards self-organizing systems that introduce
  order.

The holographic principle is a _bit_ of a stretch though because
it ultimately is saying that, "What we think is real, isn't.
We're just a hologram stretched across black holes and, since
the law of entropy is mathematically reversed within it, we can
now explain the things in the Universe that break the law of
entropy because we're really subject to the laws of the black
hole rather than the laws of the Universe when it comes to
  creation".

In short... it's making the black hole the Creator of organizing
  principles.

ie: black hole > newton's entropy

It's mathematically possible, sure, but it's science fiction.

It's a shell game. The pea is shifting to the black hole.
