I'm both but alas, more root, and it is awkward. I feel quite
  rooted but at my leaf tips I cheer on the butterflies. I can't
  join them.

  I believe it is the butterflies who instruct others to be
  rooted. They are the idealists.

  Then again, I could be wrong, and perhaps I am a butterfly with
  delusions of rootedness. Can't say I know for sure. "Are u a
  strong root?" Depends. For all of my research and life
  experiences as well, I don't feel much different than I was at
  any other point in my life.   While I don't like being tested by
  strong winds, yes, I am.   Working is stress management. Work
  makes use of stress so the stress gets unraveled and relaxes.
  That's why I'm always making new stuff or tackling difficult
  things. Stress wants to stick to me but I don't let it.   When
  people follow me, I push them off.   I help to the point where
  they can help themselves. If I sense they've become addicted to
  me, I do something to sour the milk a little. Never 100% though.
  The worst I might to do someone is grow cold to them. That's
  rare. If I'm here, I'll be happy to answer. I'm not sure if I'm
  answering how you'd like, but it's how I see things. It was good
  actually; it's rare that someone gets me to admit about the
  milk-souring bit, but you're probing interesting ideas. Thank
