Yeah, once you figure out "the system" [whatever that system
  is], then it's a matter of stepping through it. It's what I love
  about learning systems. Computer systems, networking systems,
  education system, marketing systems, business systems, stock
  market, relating to people... they're all systems that really
  aren't hard when you see how they work.

  of course there's the theory and then there's the doing of it

  One of the best systems I learned was dealing with cranky
  people, calming them down, getting them to listen. Some
  research, some experience, but it's proven useful. Still
  perfecting it though and I still have issues with face-to-face
  stuff with anxiety. I suppose the ultimate system to learn is
  myself and just when I think I understand my own systems,
  something happens and I surprise myself tongue emoticon
