I love the everbody sees everything idea. Here in Florida,
  they've been doing that for a while. The "Sunshine Laws" exposes
  WHATEVER you do that involves police or government, including
  themselves, is INSTANTLY public record.

  That's why all the weird news comes from Florida. it's not that
  more weird stuff necessarily happens here but rather OTHER
  PLACES protect "their people".

  That's why news loves Florida. Weird stuff is just a simple
  search away. Everywhere else, you have to go through official
  channels of some kind.
